There are two different points of view to see the social networking.The first is that it helps people to gain confidence and even get some friends while at home. Some people maybe lack of confidence to talk to people and having regular conversation in real life. Within the help of Social networking they can learn how to talk to people. We have all been some new places in our life we can use social networking to have some new local friends instead of staying at home and do nothing.

 The second is the dark side of social networking because the network isn't full of good people. Some bad people might use social networking to gain people's trust and fraud them. I have seen a lot of examples that people got tricked and gave some people who they didn't even see a lot of money and then they just disappeared.
